There is something very satisfying about stationery that gets the details right.

Midori has been making paper goods in Japan since 1950, and the collection has grown into the kind of stationery we love at IP the Edit: beautifully designed, quietly useful, and made to be used rather than admired from a safe distance.

The MD line is especially good at this. The paper is lovely to write on, the design is restrained, and every detail feels considered without feeling fussy. Pens glide. Pages invite notes. Somehow even a to-do list feels a little more civilized.
