Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES IN STORE
We will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase less shipping and any additional fees (ie. Credit Card fees, PayPal fees, etc.)  Sale, used or special orders are final.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES ONLINE 
We will gladly exchange or issue a refund for full priced items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase. Unless item was damaged or defective upon receipt, return shipping will be at your expense. Refund will be issued for full amount to the original form of payment minus shipping and any additional fees upon inspection.  (ie. Credit Card fees, PayPal fees, etc.)  

Discounts & Promotions Policy

From time to time, we offer promotions, discount codes, or special pricing as a thank-you to our customers.

Please note:

• Only one discount, promotion, or offer may be used per order.

• Discounts cannot be combined, stacked, or applied retroactively.

• Promotional offers are valid for a limited time only and may exclude certain items or brands.

• Sale items are final price and not eligible for additional discounts unless explicitly stated.
