SHIPPING POLICIES

We take the utmost care to make sure your order is correctly packed safely and in a timely manner. Orders will be shipped within 3 business days of purchase. Our priority is to ensure that you receive your order promptly so by all means contact us directly if you are up against a deadline.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Because there are always people that need to take advantage, our new shipping policy is as follows which supercedes all else on this website.

If we decide that we don’t want to ship something...for any reason, we won’t and we will refund your purchase. (You can thank someone named Jason for this new policy) 

The following is how we typically deal with shipping...

If something is particularly fragile, heavy, bulky, comes in an especially cumbersome package, we’ll note an extra surcharge on the product page and/or  at checkout.

We offer standard shipping starting at a flat rate of $10 within the contiguous U.S, and $30 to Alaska or Hawaii. 

Additionally, if your package hasn’t arrived within one week, please let us know so we can step in and help get it to you as quickly as possible. Notifications received after that timeframe may limit the options we’re able to offer for resolution.
