Somewhere along the way, we forgot that the things we wear deserve a little care.

Tangent GC began with a different idea, inspired by the founder’s grandfather, a chimney sweep with a surprisingly elegant wardrobe. He owned few clothes, but cared for them meticulously. Shoes were polished, collars starched, trousers pressed. His clothes were meant to be worn, lived in, and kept for years.

That sensibility feels worth returning to.

Founded in Sweden, Tangent GC creates thoughtful essentials for garment care and everyday rituals, from detergents and fabric treatments to soaps, hand creams, lotions, and hair care. Each product is made with a considered approach to ingredients, fragrance, and design, leaving out the unnecessary in favor of what matters.

Organic and vegan ingredients, understated fragrances, and production in their own Swedish factory reflect a philosophy of doing less, but doing it well.

Because good things deserve to last. And the everyday things we reach for deserve a little more thought.
